Yunnan Province is a land full of mystery and natural beauty. Located on the Yunnan–Guizhou Plateau, it astonishes with a rich culture having its roots in many ethnical backgrounds. Yunnan is also a land of people deeply tied to tea, the green shrubs and tea trees – a living Empire of Tea.

Among 26 minority groups lives the Bulang nation. Its florid past and present is intertwined with the development of tea culture and is a must to know for any connoisseur of the noble infusion.
